The location of Hotel Madeleine is marvellous and excellent, just a short distance from skiing, slopes, lifts, and the main gondola. the rooms are spotless and elegant, and guests can enjoy a bar with delicious cakes...  

Well priced and fairly clean place, lovely view of the mountains. Modern rooms with a comfortable decor, exceptionally comfortable beds with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. A good choice of products for a nice hot breakfast. Great and magnificent location right...  

The room was squeaky clean and well-appointed with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Units with fantastic views. Location near bus stops, the bus stop to Solden, and the local slopes. Welcome drinks at salad bar, excellent service...

I enjoyed a lovely 7-night stay at Hotel Madeleine with my family. the superior double room was functional and offered fantastic views.

The room was impeccably clean and cozily decorated, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had highly courteous staff. the breakfast was excellent. the family room had a nice view of the mountains, just as I had requested in advance. the room amenities like a hair dryer, soft bathrobes, and shower...  

The hotel offers a wide selection of delicious meals. the rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with a bar and comfortable beds. Its location near the main gondola is excellent and unbeatable.

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and charming decoration of the hotel. It felt like a home away from home, with comfortable seating areas and beautiful furnishings. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy navigation and plenty of seating areas for resting during the day.

Perhaps the only thing I could ask for is a bit more assistance from the staff for us seniors. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were a bit busy and didn't have as much time to attend to our needs.

We had an amazing stay at Madeleine. the hotel is family, run and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean and tidy, with a bath/shower and endless hot water. We were given a room away from the road, so it was very quiet and we had a great sleep. We especially loved the fact that there was plenty of British television available. the wifi was also good, which was convenient for staying connected. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to hire skis and store them in the shop right at the gondola, which was only 300m away. the hotel offered great value and was well, located for skiing, with just a 5, minute walk to the lifts. the staff were always helpful, and the spa with saunas and steam room was a nice bonus. the buffet breakfast was good, and though the evening meals were not to our liking, we enjoyed the soups and salad and cheese buffets. The after, ski snacks were also a nice touch. Cons: Nothing! Everything was great. 😊.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for all of my skiing adventures. The service here was impeccable, from the attentive housekeeping to the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure my every need was met.
